  1. Sworn statement by Parents of applicant:

“We (name of parents), of (age, like 50 years), married citizens of (country) with legal address after having been sworn to the law, hereby states that we are the legal parents of (the applicant’s name) born on (D.O.B) in (address). We are the pieces of evidence of the fact that he/she has never been married to any man/woman till today (for unmarried). Or, he/she is divorced now and has no dependent relation from the previous marriage (for divorcee). 

  1. Date of birth: it is important to mention the date of birth as it will be required in the foreign countries where the marriage will be registered.
  2. Complete address: it will validate your certificate even better as you will represent one country through your address proof.
  3. Witness’s statement: witness’s affidavit of support is also important to attest with your documents
  4. Date of verification and signature: date of filing for affidavit and signature of the applicant.
