WHAT IS MARRIAGE Registration?
Marriage registration is a certificate that proves the relation between husband and wife. A marriage Registration is issued by district marriage registrar, as per religious marriage and special marriage acts.
MARRIAGE REGISTRATION ACTS
Currently, there are two marriage registration acts under which marriage certificate is issued :
The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 : When marriage is already solemnized where Husband and Wife are Hindus, Buddhists, Jain or Sikhs or when they are converted into any of these religions, they will be considered under these registration Act.
The Special Marriage Act, 1954: Whereas, this act lay down the procedure for both solemnization and registration of marriage certificate where either of the party or both are not Hindus, Buddhists, Jain or Sikhs.
This certificate can be presented at many places such as passport office, court, Bank, insurance offices, etc. to prove bride and bridegroom were married on a particular date
Marriage registration is an important legal formality under Law that must be easily completed at the Sub-Registrar Office. Having a marriage registration certificate will help the couple with various formalities like PAN card name change, passport, and visa application. The registration of marriages is controlled by the respective State Governments. Marriage registration certificate can be applied for and obtained through the Sub-Registrar office of the State Government. MARRIAGE REGISTRATION QUALIFICATION – HYDERABAD

Both Girl and boy Should be Married for registration of marriage.

The Boy should be of twenty-one (21) years and Girl should be of eighteen (18) years of age.

Both parties should not be of unsoundness from and should be health from mind

Both parties should be not a relationship before marriage
Telangana Hindu Marriage Act
Marriage registration can be completed under two Act namely, Hindu Marriage Act and Special Marriage Act in the State of Telangana: For a marriage to be registered under the Hindu Marriage Act, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- Both partners should be Hindus.
- Should not have earlier relations.
- At the time of the marriage,both should be healthy and sound of mind.
- The bridegroom has completed the age of 21 years and the bride, the age of 18 years at the time of the marriage.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IN HYDERABAD
- Need to Fill Application form
- Need to make Affidavit of the husband and wife
- Passport size photo of husband and wife.
- Marriage invitation card.
- Residency proof of the Applicant
- Birth certificate of the groom (Age Proof)
- Birth certificate of the bride (Age Proof)
- If marriage happens at a religious place then the declaration by the priest.
- For divorced people, the order of divorce and verified copy of the death certificate is required in case of a widower/widow.
