Marriage Registration / Marriage Certificate - Noida
In Noida or Uttar Pradesh Marriage Registration Rules 2017 provides for the compulsory registration of all marriages solemnised in the State.
Marriages can be registered under the Uttar Pradesh Hindu Marriage Registration Rules, 1973. On registering a marriage, marriage registration certificate will be issued. Marriage Certificate is an important document as it is a legal proof of marriage between two individuals. ELIGIBILITY FOR MARRIAGE REGISTRATION IN NOIDA
Indian citizens above the age of 18 years (for brides), and 21 years (for grooms).
The parties (bride & groom) should be unmarried, or the spouse should not be alive in case of an already married person, or the parties should be legally divorced.
The Bride and Groom should be physically and mentally healthy.
Th Bride and Groom should not be related with the relations prohibited under law.
